In-Person Houseplant Pest & Care Session

Service Description

Our mission is to help keep your plants health and thriving year-round, especially when it becomes a challenge for you or your business. Whether you keep plants in your office, home, or yard - we are experts at identifying and treating for bugs of all kinds and our expertise will help keep your green thumb from turning brown! Our recommended introductory consultation is 2 hours. We spend our first 15-20 minutes discussing your plants during a physical evaluation of your collection so we can better understand the work required. We then discuss a plan, identify a work area, and begin plant care. New Roots Nursery will arrive with a large placemat to avoid making a mess in your space, watering trays to bottom water during our service, towels for cleanup, neem oil & our home-made pest treatment solution, and our own freshly mixed soil mix to be used for soil amendments, topping off plants, repotting, and more! New Roots Nursery will provide: 1) Physical evaluation of your plant collection 2) Watering & Fertilizing if necessary 3) Pest treatment and prevention 4) Leaf cleaning for better photosynthesis and healthier plant growth & air quality 5) Repotting (2-3 small plants included with 2 Hour Consultation purchase) -We provide the nursery pots if needed 6) Knowledge/Education - we are here to help you better understand your plants so they are better maintained throughout their lives. By the end of New Roots Nursery consultation, you will be confident that your plants are taken care of, and most importantly for us, we spend time educating you on all observations noted during the session (if desired) to ensure any future problems are avoided if possible. We charge $75 for our premium 2-hour introductory consultation which we recommend for any client who has more than 10-15+ plants in their collection. This allows for adequate time to discuss each plant, desired outcome of our service, and how we will meet those goals.
